In 2007, the song won a Dove Award for Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year at the 38th GMA Dove Awards. It was also nominated for Song of the Year.[2] In 2008, the song was again nominated for a Dove Award for Worship Song of the Year at the 39th GMA Dove Awards.[3]
